GREYS TREATS offers a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges or store credits for perishable goods such as candy or flowers, custom products or personalised items and personal care goods/beauty products. We do not accept exchanges on seasonal items, sale items, gift cards or balloons. We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen, missing or damaged delivered packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
